Chewy interview preparation

Their interview is very similar to that of Amazon. Just a mini loop version of Amazon interview. Their BQ rounds are very much like the LP rounds at Amazon. Actually they literally copied a bunch of LPs from Amazon 😅
Chewy is Amazon, culturally. Most engineers are ex-Amazon.
Chewy is essentially Amazon with four legs, a tail, and furry. Amazon culture throughout the corporate functions.
You just need luck to be hired here because everything is so inconsistent. You might be the best candidate and still not get the job. I’ve seen many situations, that happened. It’s like everyone looks for bad candidates to bring onboard 😅
Culture is worse than Amazon, IMO. There is a culture of fear passed down by CTO. Stressful.
