It's all about the hierarchy vibes here. If you're not at the manager level or above, brace yourself for some condescending vibes from the higher-ups. It's like you're invisible unless you're geeking out hard. On the flip side, the compensation and travel perks are solid. No stock options, though, since it's a private company. From the jump, you gotta be on your grind to ensure you're on the billing radar with at least an 82% utilization rate. It's a playground for the bootlickers and yes-men to thrive. But if you're all about your tech skills, straight talk, and keeping your dignity intact, it might rub you the wrong way. Though, to be fair, this kind of scene isn't exactly rare across the board.
What’s the tc?
As a Consultant? Maybe. As a USDC developer? No.
what is usdc?
Onshore deployment model. Basically less pay and less benefits. For example, core consulting gets 16 weeks PTO while USDC gets 4. If you were to join Deloitte, it would be better to join the Consulting model on either the core track or Specialist.
