Just fucking 1 point away from very good. Does it going to matter or will I be treated the same as low 700s in the Good category? This is for mortgage purpose. Tc: 325k Ps My wife’s credit score is 777.
Have her apply for the loan.
But coapplicant’s credit score is still used right?
My lender used the lower of the 2, which was mine 🤡
No brownie points for having good credit score under Biden administration. You pay more for having good credit score in fact
This. As of May 1st any new loans will incur higher fees and rates the higher your credit score. Your score is too high and you will pay for it under current lending rules.
In my experience when applying for loans the credit score that the company you're financing with usually shows a higher score than what you see in your banks app or credit karma. So maybe you're already there.
I feel you. I leased a new car last year from the same car dealership and told them to enable auto pay since they have card info. They said okay. 2 months later I get an invoice of missed payments. Also paperless so I don’t get successful payments via email. Credit score went from 800 to 640. 1 year later, 736.
Get into more debt next time 👊
check your score on Experian, it shows your FICO score which is what banks look at.
Missed 1 credit card payment because my auto pay was messed up. Fuck BOA tech people
Yeah i remember setting up autopay for boa was not intuitive at all. They still on some 1990s UI.
Call to have the fees waived and report reversed
