Apple ICT4 Offer Evaluation
Hey folks, I am interested in hearing what you all think of this offer. I got about 6 YOE. Initially recruiter told me they’d do 75k RSU. I checked in blind and it seems this is a very average offer, but recruiter said it was a quite high offer. What is your opinion? #engineering #software #swe

Great mid ict4 offer imo. It’s a wide band there will be a lot of variability
I joined Apple in 2020 and got 160k RSU then. I think it’s lower now but not sure how much. Base is higher than what I have (209k). Sign on has gone up since 2020
How are the annual increments and yearly RSU refreshers at Apple?
Assuming meets expectations for all criteria these days I’m hearing 90-110 in services

That looks like decent offer, if you have leverage try to increase rsu. Btw how long did you wait to get offer after interview?
About a couple weeks. They were quite slow compared to other companies, which would give me one in less than a week.

reasonable offer.. but there is still room. can push stocks to 150k as well. have seen offers higher than 150k per year but for more yoe as well. but ict4 is an extremely wide band. congrats and all the best!
What org is this? It's definitely good for ICT4's I heard in recent times for just 6 years.
Not sure what is the org, but it’s for a main part of the iPhone. I was looking at levels fyi and this seems to be lower than what I see there.
That's too broad. Lot of things go in iPhone and many of them are main :) is it a SW position or a HW position? I definitely would ask for more RSUs.
