What do you think about these estimates? Assuming Bay Area? Level: 75th percentile / 90th percentile L3: 175 / 200 L4: 225 / 300 L5: 375 / 400 TC: 250

They're too high. Even if someone has terminated their advancement in level 4 or has been there for way too long, I don't think they're getting 300k.
L4 with $300K TC here. First year at Google as well, so that doesn't include refreshers.
