It's in India, yes RSU isn't more than cash. Cash component isn't very good. It's below average as per industry standards but trying to compensate with RSU.
They don't have any other people in my role, answer to this would be tricky to give here.
The company has plans of going public, but it's hard to estimate the exact timeline. The RSUs could appreciate a lot once that happens though.
