#layoff #startup Delivery companies instacart, DoorDash and Grubhub are highly unprofitable. I have been reading their financial reports and they are unlikely to become profitable. I did some research on this and there could be a better model for delivery that yields profitably based on certain guardrails. I have a plan to start in suburban downtowns, and only focus on their profitability and transparency of prices. I am an ex-Amazon Product Manager, with a technical background who can build prototypes and wireframes but need a co-founder who can code and help brainstorm. Interested? DM me.
-- I'm an ex-amazon product manager No, you have to put a gun on my head to bring me onboard.
"Build prototype and wireframes" So like you know how to use Figma? I wouldn't call that being technical
I can code in Java, have built Android apps previously, did integrations and can easily create simple apis and apps but can’t do production quality code. You figure.
Lets hear it. Dm me ?
Which financial report says that Instacart is unprofitable, OP?
Exactly lol
How bout you prove the business first
Salary?
Lol
Every startup idea in the world is profitable when conceived on paper. …… and then scale hits you. Whoever hurdles over the scale wave is what becomes the FANG.
Why add #layoff? Are you currently employed somewhere?
Because there is a lot of people who were laid off that are looking to engage in startups.
