Job Switch [New Engineer]

Hello everyone, I have been working for AWS as an SDE for an year now and this my first full-time role. I have liked the people I work with right now but I want to move to a different company for better work life balance. I wanted to know if it’s the right thing to switch to a new firm only after and year. And also I’m planning on applying for other companies and start interviewing.
