Is meta really worth the wait?
New to Seattle, do you recommend having a car in Seattle? Or do a lot of people use the subway to around places?
I don’t think a foot long sub is gonna to her you anywhere...
Dodge Charger
Being serious?
Lol then if do people usually drive to work? Say you live in Cap Hill but work is in Fremont?
Buses.
Nope. Don’t. Hassle to park. Parking might cost as much as car payment :)
Get a car but don't drive for work commute
Then what is the car used for?
Depends on where in Seattle. It’s basically required in most areas but you’ll hate driving every minute. If you live in cap hill you can do most grocery shopping there and then walk/bus to work which is pretty convenient. Otherwise you’re hosed
If you live and work in city then you don't need car for commute. Buses are not bad. You might want car for groceries etc, though car2go, Zipcar etc have good coverage in densely populated parts.
Only correct answer is a Subaru otherwise you ain’t legit.
No car. Would never again live anywhere that necessitated one. Seattle’s public transit is pretty decent if you pay attention to bus lines; my commute is only about 10 minutes, haven’t driven a car in years.
Subway? Lol. No such thing in Seattle. A child's play light rail yes, and it's useful, but a far cry from a great system
