Following the announcement about NBCUniversal's Fandango to buy Vudu, Inc. from Walmart, Vudu is laying off some of its employees despite the record earnings in the video streaming industry. The precise number of laid off employees is not known yet. I'm a software engineer with 10+yoe specializing in back-end, Java and Javascript. I'm single and this was my only source of income.
