They can’t if you don’t give them permission. Or just give your friends number and that’s it. ADP doesn’t have a BG check service, they outsource it to either India or Africa. Outsource company couldn’t care less, they just do it for checkbox. Don’t let name of ADP intimidate you, company is run like a joke. Once you get inside, you will realize it is a house of cards that once made a name and now living off of it.
Depends on the company which they use to do BGV. Sterling takes very long.
