AI Headhunter vs. Stay as SDE? Need tips!

Currently 500k SDE doing CRUD work. I got a unique offer 600k from a prominent Asian tech giant. The role is like an "AI headhunter + strategic investment". Basically, they want me to: 1. Network and headhunt top AI talents in the US and connect them to the Asian company's executive team, for collaboration or employment. 2. If they don't want to join, allow the company to fund them for their startups and take some ownership. 3. Staying updated with the latest AI advancement in US and keep the company's leadership informed. A bit of weird mixes here. My ultimate goal is financial freedom and some prestige. Which path do you think offers better prospects for growth, stability, and long-term rewards over the next 5-10 years? Not sure the endgame here. I'd appreciate insights, especially from those who have an understanding of the tech landscape in both the U.S. and Asia. Thank you! #CareerAdvice #StrategyVsDev #TechAsia #AITrends #Networking #Investment #tech #google #microsoft #apple #amazon #facebook #meta

This may actually violate some sanctions if the company is Chinese, you might want to look into that. They famously have a policy of hiring people for a lot of money in order to steal intellectual property and things like that.

Sounds like economic espionage. Targeting US AI workers from the inside for IP theft and future "collaboration".

1. Build PPT slides using DALL-E 2. Found AI company Botswork dedicated to filling the gap Wework left in the market - but with a twist! Botswork provides the building spaces startups need to thrive - augmented by AI! 3. Collect investment 4. Profit This should give you a rough idea of a tried and true model in the valley - there may be too many steps but that’s why I’m not the founder of a revolutionary office building or whatever. Good luck
