AMAT Remote B4 and B5 Compensation

Hey guys, title says it. What are the salary ranges and forms of compensation for B4 and B5 roles? I am intrigued about the remote option vs. my current role and it may be fun to be in a growing industry segment (semiconductors) for once, even if it doesn't keep booming it will likely be better than my current one. I am likely to get an offer after latest interview but not sure they can meet what I am looking for. I interviewed for a B4 but they may be able to make it a B5 or consider me for other B5 roles.
