How does Amazon treat moonlighting... I am aware of the competitor's clause etc ... But in the case of Amazon (FTE - Sr Engagement Manager) and company B (Project Manager/Scrum Master - Amazon is the client for various implementations) .. In company B, the team works with Amazon to implement the features ... Both jobs are 9 to 5 ... so how does Amazon look at this from a policy perspective,,, #moonlighting
It's a conflict of interest. Find one where Amazon is not connected at all

Technically when you signed your employment contract (assuming you're in the US) you agreed to get approval before taking an additional job. If you take it without getting that approval and they find out they may fire you.

There is no way of knowing if this person even let Amazon know. Especially if the job is 9 to 5 at both places. how does even amazon discover this ? or how to report this if you are an amazon employee or an outsider
All employers have access to employment data and can find out abt multiple jobs.
