Senior at Qualcomm relates to sde2 at amd, few people joined here. With promotion it's max mts(5+), smts needs min 7-8 yoe if you are a wizard else 12+ yoe. But that's standard you are in AI, so don't let my word demotivate you if you get smts for 3yoe , all the best. But refreshers here aren't great, just a disclaimer.

Yes they do.. as everyone else they are ai first company too. 🤣😂 On a serious note they are the only ones who have the resources to start to compete with nvidia in next half a decade maybe. But others are too far away. Qcom is good too but they are at device level, server currently amd can dream(they can do it or not is a different question), others don't have that leverage too.
