Just completed an interview with a recruiter from AMD. I put in my best effort for the Behavioral interview, but the recruiter seemed to be talking casually and even yawning during our conversation. Surprisingly, no behavioral questions were asked, leaving me uncertain about the purpose of the interview. The overall tone was more casual, and the recruiter mentioned that she would forward my resume to the Hiring Manager before getting back to me. May be he meant, exploratory round with recruiter. Should be PIPed in Amazon.
It may be exploratory, but I did not know such round required video conference
