AMGEN Principal TC#?
Upcoming interview with Amgen for a principal role in security. I have no idea what to expect/ask for when it comes to base/stock/bonus/refreshers/sign-on. Anyone have an ballparks? TC#218 YOE 16

It varies a decent amount based on bonus and company performance. Principal target bonus is 15%, but after the first year it could go from 15-30% if Far exceeds and strong company performance. Similar for accruing RSUs that vest each year, not sure how strong or not the initial offer is. Overall probably 225-260TC (counting 10% 401k match) with base of 160-185k.
