2nd yr Sign on for PMT MBA grad is 35k and stocks are a tad lower too at 125k. Effectively only first yr sign on is the same.
L6 PMs are paid a lot less than L5 SDE

Is it normal to have the RSU vesting backloaded so much?
Yeah . Amazon does that. Rationale being first year you get signon bonus and hence this kind of loading helps keep your salary stable.
This is a good offer from what I have seen of other L6 PM, your base is maxed out and since stock is high(ish) the RSU award makes sense. You could try to negotiate for more RSU if you have leverage.
Quality offer, they have you essentially with a target comp at year 4 of $260k.

Lowballed! I came in 4 years ago with 15YoE as an industry hire with 160k salary and signing bonuses of 115k Yr1, 96k Yr2 with 600 shares
