ARM refreshers info

Hi, Can someone working at ARM share annual refreshers targets for each level ? Levels fyi data is not conclusive somehow.

a few ex colleagues joined last year with rsu before their ipo. may be its just during joining and promos only

Depends on the level, it is constant for each level and sometimes you get more if you get an Outstanding rating, which level is your offer for?

lol, you don’t need to worry, they’ll take good care of you…. The refreshers increase exponentially from level to level

Sr principal is same grade as director. You dont get that level info usually on blind. Very few of those are here.

Last I checked they were starting to throw those titles out like candy, although some were friends with department heads from previous companies.

What i have seen at ARM is sr. Principal and director have similar portfolio. So i assume their TC also should be similar and most of them are close to 20 yoe.
