ASML Software R&D Internship Interview

I’ll be interviewing with an engineering manager at ASML next week. I’m a PhD student in physics and the hiring manager has a background in physics as well. What should I expect in the interview? Will there be programming questions? Or it will be mostly talking about the projects I worked on? (I asked them but haven’t heard back) Any information is appreciated. #asml
