What is the salary range for Software design engineer in ASML with 6 years of experience and a PhD? The recruitment is not willing to negotiate. Trying to see when I have to fold. #asml #NL #veldhoven #asmlcompensation

Thats about the right value for grade 7. You could at most push it to about 68k, because above that you'd be getting into a spot where you wouldn't get an annual appraisal unless you really exceed. If you want more, work with them to find a grade 8 position, then you're looking at 10-12k more in base.
@philips i think u got lowballed. freshgrad out of master will get L6 right off the bat. u have phd + 6 YoE. should be minimum L8/L9 imo
ASML NL WoW is a bit different than their US branches. For Ph.Ds, JG7 is the starting positions ( unless your achievements are very significant in your field).
