AVP Paytm or HoE Times
AVP engineering PayTM or Head of Engineering (Times Internet) - in one of their leading newspaper. Base Pay is similar. Times offering cash bonuses for 3 years where paytm is offering 2x stocks (compared to total Times bonus) Have offers from both. Which one should I join. Please suggest.
Even if its in Rupees, post round figure TC or GTFO. We have many users here from India.

Times is a stable business. Paytm and their founder aren't the ones to be trusted with going public. I heard bad things about paytm culture. Not sure about Times but they are dominant, have multiple revenue streams, and here to stay.
Even avp or hoe is not touching 1cr base. Who touches 1cr base in India then in technology ?
