Hi, could you share what salary were you offered finally? I'm looking at L5 roles in AWS Singapore now, non-tech. So your input will help making decisions.
$210K - $270K SGD TC as a rough estimate, but could be 20% more or less depending on experience, current TC, competing offers, role, etc
Great thanks! That’s a big band! 10 years experience for the record. Any idea of normal base/bonus/stock ratio? What would it be at Google?
Not necessarily the band, but I think that is likely to be the rough range. At Amazon, no regular bonus (sign on bonus will replace a proportion of RSUs for first 2 years due to vesting schedule). Base I would expect to be $150K - $220K SGD with the rest RSUs. Given your post says you have been given an offer, suggest you read your offer letter as your offer will be role dependent and based on your circumstances.
