Do you use a luxury car as a daily?
I’m have 2 offers right now and trying to choose between them: Fintech startup: Devops lead Base:200k+equity+benefits Aws Sr.Cloud infrastructure architect TC:260k AWS would be the obvious choice but I’m worried looking at the AWS proserve reviews on blind. I’m not on a h1b and don’t have any immigration worries. Confused about which one to choose. Cons of a startup: Stability, wlb Has anyone faced similar situation?
L5: 200 - 260 L6: 257 - 350 Bit of overlapping.
How many YoE? I think you can get closer to $300k TC based on posts iv seen here.
Total IT experience: 16yrs. I too feel that 260k might be less. Will negotiate. Has the wlb gotten any better at AWS proserve? Do you get any internal support when dealing with projects?
I actually just joined as an L5 CIA 3 weeks ago. Haven’t been here long enough to have any meaningful answers but everyone iv spoken to has been great so far. First couple months are spent on ramp up and trainings so haven’t had the opportunity to experience how good/bad the wlb is yet.
