I had an onsite interview with AWS a couple of days ago and got a call from the recruiter that they will send me an offer soon. I haven't talked to the hiring manager and I think not even with any team member(same location) who I am going to work with. People I interviewed with was from other location under the same org (or big team about 150 people). I am just curious that's normal interview process at AWS. I am a little concerning about the team members and hiring manager what kind of people they would be because I've heard lots of bad reviews about Amazon from here at Blind and a little scary joining the team without meeting with them. One more question is which one would be better between AWS vs Twitch? or they are just the same in culture (I just had an onsite interview from Twitch and seems like they have pretty good team members) #amazon #aws #twitch #interview
When was your interview?
