AWS L4 vs SF L4? What should I take?
I have 5+ YOE in sales and sales infrastructure. A-typical / yet relatively accomplished resume (built my own company from $40 to $100,000+ in revenue, and did it out of my dorm room before I graduated college). What’s a good place to apply for an AE with TC above $150k? Hoping for companies that think outside the box with their hires.
Startups
That’s where I’m at. But thought with my sales infrastructure consulting experience, +2 years SDR in my past, maybe I can get somewhere in Enterprise Sales world?

Same title/role? Go AWS, it’ll be higher pay but possibly higher stress
Both account executive roles in Austin, TX. SF TC is $150k no rsu. Aws is $200k TC with rsu. Only worry is the back to office for Aws and Pip culture
If it’s L4, it’s a ISR role which is more or less BDR/DGR but I would still take it. RTO and PIP culture depends on manager. So please for the love of god make sure you’re getting a competent and empathetic manager
