About to get a offer from servicenow. Should i jump the ship?
I am MTS3 in vmware. About to get a offer from servicenow in a day or two. Should i consider it. YOE - 6.5 Current TC Vmware : 38 + 4 + 11k RSU/yr = 53 LPA TC TC Broadcom after acquisition: 38 + 8 + 30-35LPA RSU/ yr = 75+ LPA TC Servicenow : Number not yet shared, it should be around 65lpa overall 38 + 8 + 10L RSU/yr + 3 JB = 53 Servicenow will be hybrid 2 days office in Hyderabad. What should i do?

Servicenow is one of the very few companies that has not done layoffs in the last 3-4 years while other tech companies did mass layoffs. It’s a very stable company. Unless you are super confident of your job at BC, I suggest to take the offer
