Hi fellow blinders! Quick question, I have two career options to chose from, but not sure how titles between the two align. Pay variance is negligible. 1- Accenture, Sr. Manager - Sales (Deal Capture) 2-Cognizant, Director - Client Relations (Farming) Does anyone have an idea on how Sr. Mgr. at Accenture co-relate to Dir. at Cognizant? OTE - 320k
Go to Accenture, its much better company for work, vision and execution.
Thank you for your insight!! That is the impression I have gathered as well. Do you have any insight about the titles?
Yes, go for Accenture.
D level at Cognizant is usually for 18 years+ experience. You might see some 25+ YOE as well in that grade.
I differ to agree on the tenure part for CTS.

Are these giving 320k? I guess Cognizant director is 1 level up
They are. D is a level up, but companies tend to inflate titles compared to industry standards so just trying to understand comparisons between these specific companies.
Ok I see . My understanding is Accenture and cts mostly have same levels (a while back ). Accenture May be 0.5 L + diff . Not sure how is it now
