I accepted an offer from one of the big companies and they initiated my visa transfer.... now I received offer from another company and I wanted to go to the 2nd one. How do I politely inform first company? Will they blacklist me forever? any other repercussions? please advise...
Their lawyers will accidentally forget to file the right paperwork to cancel the move, then once they get it confirmed, they’ll call ICE on you.
Lol
Tell them that you want to join the other company and the reasons why. Be polite, respectful but firm. Tell them what they need to do if any wrt the Visa. Companies don't blacklist you for this. It's a big decision for anyone and you haven't started yet.
You can politely tell the first company that you are no longer interested and wanted to pursue other opportunities. However, keep in mind that you are not gonna get any opportunity in the first company for sometime. (Kinda blacklist from the first company for a short period of time).
This ^
Do it. Other than possibly not interviewing with company 1 for a while there are no other repercussions visa wise. Better to bite the bullet once than beating yourself up everyday for not choosing the company of your choice
#deported
:D
ICE will be there momentarily
