Acquired by company and boosted salary to national average.

Just gotten acquired by Medallia from another startup company. Part of the deal was they boosted salary to the national average as I'm based in the North East in the USA. So north of Boston. They boosted to 175k base with 15% potential bonus. No stock options yet that I know of. Is this a decent deal? I'm a technical architect at current company with 25 yoe.
