I've read about employees making tons of money because the stock tripled during COVID. Was wondering if it still rise and how that will affect ESPP. 1k for learning budget is only for online courses or also for attending workshops/conferences? 10k for further studies? Didn't see this on the site. Is it for degree programs only? Does the manager have to get involved to get permission for reimbursement?
