Which one should I join? And why? Please comment. Not related to TC. Want to know people's opinion when TC is not part of the decision. Why do you think it's not related to level? What if Adobe offers Scientist vs MSFT level 61. Or, Adobe MTS 2 vs MSFT level 63

Pretty vague questions. It's hard to name one without knowing the teams in Microsoft and Adobe. Brand wise both are in same tier.
Isn't msft better than Adobe? I rejected Adobe offer because of msft
