Can people from Adobe help with the other benefits ? Health care benefits - what is the hospitalization coverage for self and parents ? Also, is there some opd coverage provided? Mobile and internet reimbursement ? Education reimbursement - is it discretionary on managers ? Conveyance facility at Bengaluru ? Variable pay - what is the average that we can expect here ? Most companies gives similar or better benefits. There is absolutely nothing great about it What you get in Bangalore is - 1. Third rated manager and second rated engineering talent. In Bangalore Adobe is not at all a sought after place. 2. A lot of deadmind management who doesn't drive anything related to engineering. Its all politics. 3. A stinking sewage treatment plant next to office. The only good thing is that if you are not joining DX, there is a chance that you can plan your retirement with a pretty stagnant career.
