I would be joining Adobe soon. I am aware of few benefits like wellness reimbursement(45,000) educational reimbursement (700,000 + 100,000), espp(upto 25% of base salary in the most discounted price in 2 years). Can people from Adobe help with the other benefits ? Health care benefits - what is the hospitalization coverage for self and parents ? Also, is there some opd coverage provided? Mobile and internet reimbursement ? Education reimbursement - is it discretionary on managers ? Conveyance facility at Bengaluru ? Variable pay - what is the average that we can expect here ? Any other benefits that are missed here ? YoE - 7 TC - 72 Would be great if someone can help on the above points. Thanks.

Most companies gives similar or better benefits. There is absolutely nothing great about it What you get in Bangalore is - 1. Third rated manager and second rated engineering talent. In Bangalore Adobe is not at all a sought after place. 2. A lot of deadmind management who doesn't drive anything related to engineering. Its all politics. 3. A stinking sewage treatment plant next to office. The only good thing is that if you are not joining DX, there is a chance that you can plan your retirement with a pretty stagnant career.

Healthcare insurance: 7L limit for the family. 20% copay for parents. Paid Options for top-up. Internet reimbursement: chiller for WFH. It was zero earlier. Educational reimbursement has many conditions about institute and course and grades. Need manager approval for relevance before start of course. Variable pay depends on both company performance and individual performance. Can get 100% if company meet target.

Hi, What designation/ level and tc breakup one can one in Adobe expect for 17+ yoe exp for IC role ? Do they consider current TC before offering ? Do we need counter offer to negotiate ?
