Adobe DS: Engagement and Retention Analytics

i interviewed with Adobe 2 weeks back and the recruiter has ghosted my for their DS role based in San Jose. Today morning i noticed that the same job id was posted again on their careers page. is it a normal way to reject candidates at adobe? Or is there still hope of receiving an offer? #adobe #data science

Reposting job is automated - doesn’t mean anything.

Usually the recruiter reaches out to candidates. It might take a while. You can also drop an email

Adobe recruiting process can be slower than other places. This is normal timeline for Adobe. You can check with the recruiter if you don’t hear back.

Haha that's my old team! Would recommend you just check in the recruiter since it's already been 2 weeks. They're usually asked to keep the candidates warm if the decision is a maybe or they're still interviewing other candidates.

Hey, did you like the work in your old team? How was the work culture

I had exactly the same experience. Recruiter ghosted me and the same role is newly posted on job boards

It’s my team and we hired a new DS already and will join in two weeks. Help that helps. There might be more HCs.

Is the hiring complete for your team? Or is the team still looking for more candidates?

Adobe Ylef15 Jul 20, 2022

Still looking for several more

Would you mind sharing the TC range that was discussed?

Ugam abc100001 OP Jul 20, 2022

No idea, this hasn’t been discussed yet

How was the interview process op? Was it heavy on ML / python or more on the analytics side?

Just curious did you hear back from them yet? I interviewed with them for a different position and it’s been 2 weeks. Not sure if this is typical
