In terms of micromanagement, Adobe is at best no better. However, you still have a better TC.

Unfortunately this is the case according to my experience and observation. Adobe earns a lot of money in recent years so it could give generous offers. But in terms of its culture and technology, you can think of it as another IBM.
TC and WLB totally depends on the org you are expecting offer from. Any details would help.
Not gonna lie, Adobe is micromanagement city. You will not be escaping that. Less prestige too. Pick wisely.

I disagree. It totally depends on the team. In my experience, Micromanagement will turn out by asking for every minor update/progress you’re making and sometimes even putting you on the spot in a team meeting to discuss lack of progress! But in the past, I have been able to manage it by being proactive.
P40 - 300 - 350k in HCOL (Base + stocks + 15% bonus) P50 - 400 - 450k in HCOL (Base + stocks + 20% bonus)
How was your interview experience like?
