Hi, anyone here has any idea about the Adobe Research Interview process? I am interviewing for the ML Research Engineer position and have a virtual onsite lined up. I have been told there will be a 90 minutes pair programming session and 4 45 minute interviews. Any help would be appreciated. TC: 150k Yoe: 1.5
I dont know about the engineer interviews but the scientist interviews tend to be fairly informal, focusing more on you, your interests, etc. Biggest thing is getting a sense fit since they tend to be pretty conservative about bringing people onsite.
Got it, thank you so much. Are the interviews for Research Scientist this extensive? For Research Eng, the interviews span almost 6+ hours.
Yeah, but that isn't terribly uncommon in my experience. It is a long day, but the plus side is that because so many people talk to you it is much more unlikely to have your candidacy sunk by one bad interview.
