Probably the most tolerant and inclusive culture in the industry. There might still be teams which u may not like.. but those are pretty rare to bump into.

You get a 2 year lock-in price espp, the way stock has been growing, it’s a pretty good deal
Culture is fine, not super amazing like square, but much better than toxic places like amazon. But for big company like adobe, your team and org defines most of your experience. If you are joining the team of those interviewers, it should be good enough since you already sense the positive vibe.
