Fair offer for your YOE. You're essentially considered junior until you hit the 2-3 year mark. How much is the signing bonus? You could try pressing the base up by 10-15k I think.
The recruiter didnāt mention sign-on bonus, Iāve asked for 130 base and sign-on bonus/more RSU. š¤
Congratulation! Base 125K for 1.5 YOE is high if you compare with Cisco. It paid 100K. When you have phone interview, did they ask you a coding question? What questions did they ask you onsite interview?
