Have I missed the AI wave?
Which one should I join Adobe Noida or Microsoft Noida?. Please help me with the team culture too. Tech stack wise I think there would be Java in Adobe and C# in Microsoft. Adobe Noida Position-CS1 Team- Adobe Experience Manager Microsoft Noida Position-L62 Team- One Note Compensation is same in both. TC- 55 + JB YOE-6.3 Please provide explanation too in comments. #microsoft #adobe #noida #software #hiring #faang #engineering #swe #tech #offer
Guys please put your votes and comments here.
It doesn't matter, anywhere you go in Noida either Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung or any EDA companies, all have similar culture, no one is technically competent..leave alone managers..all are thriving on the basis of political skills. The only reason these MNCs open office in Noida is because of cheap engineering talent as compared to Bengaluru or Hyderabad...due to many factors.. like lower cost of living..less competitors to poach your employees. So in my suggestion avoid Noida or even entire NCR. It's a rest and vest location. Personally I have worked in two of the above companies for the above location and employees just rotate among these companies. So not much difference in their mentality and culture.
Where are you working currently? And my preferred location is NCR, so I am thinking that if I am getting a good option here in NCR then why should I move to Bangalore.
Microsoft is a lot more mature organization with a variety of mixed quality work. Facilities are good, you will have free access to azure, learning will have no hindrances. If lucky you will see crazy scale. Adobe's talent has dried up, just credit snatching managers and mediocre ICs, in DX. Since it uses Azure, even for small problems you will face a lot of red tape and process. My vote - Microsoft. It's almost no-brainer. Don't go for "computer scientist" role. One has to be very gullible to think it's prestigious. Most likely you will be setting up configurations. Been there, learnt it hard way.
Thanks a lot for your suggestion !! Do you have any idea about One note team in MS ? How is work life balance there?
No idea on one note tbh
