For PayPal it was ages, Adobe was quicker. For Adobe I have received the offer break up only, via email and accepted the same. Have not got the formal offer yet. Its been two days I am waiting for the same. Are you waiting for the same, if yes how long?

Think from team and core business perspective rather than brands. Paypal is a bigger brand, but the team is not involved in the core business, though Identity team can have pretty exciting use-cases, its not properly in Fintech. Creative Cloud is the core business of Adobe. I see more value there, but again, confirm the product/team with the cloud.
The stocks you have mentioned are they units or are they like 18k usd per year or 18lpa per year?
