I am a Sr BA/PM for a pharmaceutical company. I was hired as a contractor and now received an offer for FTE. For reference I have a DNP degree, over 10 years experience in healthcare, and over 4 years experience as a BA/PM. My role is a mix of product owner/program manager/implementation manager/Scrum master/BA. Scaled from 5-25 clients within 6 months. Company does not offer any benefits other than PTO. What are some other paths to look at that I can learn within 6 months or companies with better benefits with my current experience? Salesforce? Coding boot camp? Data science?
