Hi friends, I need some advice. My wife has about 12 years of experience in production support (sql, unix) at RBS, JPMC, Wipro in India and US (10 years back she was in US on H1B). Also has scrum certification and team management experience. Now in US, looking for a job after a break of 3 years (due to covid/childcare). She is not too keen on production support roles. What kind of jobs profiles should she look for? What other technologies should she upskill in that can be quickly learnt and can open up more job prospects?

I have also seen LinkedIn posts soliciting moms who would like to return to the job market, companies like Microsoft, AWS, Intuit, Paypal, Walmart and Goldman Sachs. This article lists 15 such programs: https://www.inhersight.com/blog/female-friendly-companies/return-to-work-programs
Look into The Mom Project. They have plenty of resources for moms returning to work. https://themomproject.com/

I’ve seen some LinkedIn posts about companies having specific return to work programs for women who had to take a break. Worth looking at some of those.
