SPAC IPO is a bit sketchy to be honest. Usually SPACs don’t do well. I wonder why Max wants to IPO now? Is it to raise funds to prepare for the massive credit losses in Q1 2021?

Don’t you guys have to IPO? Or raise financing somehow? Unless you guys have $1B in cash on your balance sheet and assuming that’s enough to insulate the credit losses next year? Doesn’t Affirm take on balance sheet risk?
