Planning to travel from Seattle to Delhi. Is United airlines reliable with respect to cancellations? I know air India is reliable because of vande bharat flights? Please let me know if it’s good to proceed with United. Thanks. TC — 150k YOE — 1
United might break your guitar
If there is a cancellation, United has a far better US and international flight network than Air India On United, you could connect via Europe or Japan. On Air India, you’re out of luck.
United - 1 bag. Air India - 2 bags
Both are good. Air India have their best pilots on US-ind route
United broke my bag but gave me $150 travel credit so I'm taking united next time ;)
United is good, I delayed my return date and it was a very simple and quick process. United allows single checked luggage so if comparing UA/AI prices and plan to carry 2 bags add $200 to ur total fare
I have only flown air India whilst in India, so this may be a little biased. I found the planes to be dated and not that comfortable, the food was okay and the service was mediocre. United long haul has a better product than air India, especially if you're going Polaris or Economy Plus (reclining chairs on their newer fleet).

What’s not reliable about United airlines? Do you think it will blow up the mid way?
I only can reckon apple folks are very funny.
They are planes not phones.
