AirBnb employees - who can tell me airbnb’s internal review removal guidelines? As a host, I’ve had some some guest reviews removed by support staff when they violated policy, but others are not removed with the same parameters. One support associate told me there’s a formula that must be met for a removal to occur, but didn’t tell me what it was. Can anyone from AirBnb share some internal insights here? #AirBnb

Agree, AirBnB is a POS. We had an issue with a stay last year. Host lied about the whole situation. AirBnB froze my account so we couldn’t even contact AirBnB for support anymore. Left us high and dry. Totally one sided, not surprised at all that honest reviews are selectively removed.
