Airbnb | No match for profile

So, i got a note from the recruiter saying “leadership team reviewed and we don't have any mutual fits right now. I'd suggest looking on our careers page in the next few weeks though and applying if you find something that looks to be a good match!” I have to say i did do a cold call to get the recruiter to see my resume. but he did say yes I will look at your profile and then send this So my question is, is there a AirBnB’er who is willing to look at my resume and suggest what am i missing? or give some insight? or even better refer me if you find the profile good enough. really lost as to what do i need to do to get a call from airbnb.
