Same feeling here. Airbnb setup a time and spent 1 min to say ‘NO & also we can’t give much feedback’ after I anxiously waited for couple days.
They may want to gauge your interest after the on-site and ensure you are still interested in the role. It take a lot of resources to put together an offer, do background check, recruit someone etc.
lol zip recruiter pulled this shit on me. Third party recruiter was like “feedback seemed positive I think you got it!” 3 min phone call two days later giving me a rejection. Companies need to stop this bullshit
