I often hear Airbnb can provide the top TC for L5/L6. Is it worth working at Airbnb? How is the project that looks like? Any career growth?

BC TC?
TC range has increased a lot since 2018. The followings are some high band offers I have seen: L4: 190k - 200k base (15% bonus) + 30k sign-on + 450k RSU L5: 230k - 240k base (20% bonus) + 30k sign-on + 800k RSU L6: not sure where the high band at, some numbers I saw: 260k base (25% bonus) + 30k sign-on + 1200k RSU In terms of projects, it really depends on the departments / teams you are joining (the hiring process has changed. We no longer do bootcamp team matching. Most new members are pre-located to teams). If you are interested / joining in particular teams, feel free to dm me for more details.
