Airbnb interview feedback
Had an Airbnb onsite which ended late on Friday and the recruiter called on Monday morning at almost 9AM with the feedback. Does that mean there was no debrief? Or since I had scheduled interview after quite a few days since first contact, the team has already found someone? Can someone from Airbnb shed some light on what’s post interview process like? Tc: 550k

The interviewers will fill out their feedback after the interview. Recruiters won’t bother collecting all feedback if there is more than one “no” in technical interviews because that means the candidate will not get an offer.
I also had an onsite interview on Friday, still waiting for any response/feedback. But my potential position is definitely lower than yours, current TC and experience are a half of yours
I also went through an on-site loop and will get an update tomorrow — two weeks after the last on-site loop. Wish me luck!
