Got three senior offers from these companies. Airbnb: 215k + 600k + 40k signon (20% yearly bonus) Robinhood: 220k + 600k + 80k/2years Apple: 205k + 560k + 90k/2 years Currently in H1B status and already submitted i485. living in south bay. which one should I pick ?
How’s refreshers at Airbnb? Apple is 100-150k for ict4 (L5 equivalent)

What are your priorities/interests? They're all good companies with differences. Without knowing them you're literally just going for brand/money which given you got these 3 offers shows you don't need to

I'd take Robinhood. In 5 years, it will be one of the bigger companies in the US Buy the way, why are you moving from FB?
